Would you like to talk with colleagues who are focused on economics and personal finance? Maybe you have to teach economics or personal finance for the first time? Do you think students should have a better understanding of their finances and make better choices with their money, but not sure how this fits into your already hectic teaching day?
This new and exciting two-day conference is for everyone who has an interest in the teaching of economics and personal finance. The conference is for all grade levels and offers exemplary lessons in personal finance and economic education. Find the track that fits your interests and students. Join with other teachers to focus on your shared interests and ideas on economics and personal finance. The conference includes lunches, lesson materials, and a networking reception with only a $35 registration fee ($15 for students). You will receive a certificate of clock hours for your participation.
Sessions will be offered by Center for Economic Education directors, talented and experienced K-12 educators and conference partners: BestPrep, Junior Achievement, U of M Extension, Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, and area educators.

A block of rooms will be available at the Days Inn Roseville for a conference rate of $53/night plus tax. This is a ROOM RATE, so family members can enjoy the cities while you attend the conference, or you can share with a colleague to reduce your cost.
