Registration

2025/26 School Year Process

Create teams of 3-4 students. *Teachers can register as many teams as they like.
- Registration form requires students' names & grades.
Teachers register by using the online competition site.
- Registration:
  1. Fall Session: November 1-30, 2025
    1. November 30, 2025: Deadline to Inform MCEE of Qualifying Round Online Testing Date for Fall Session
  2. Spring Session: January 1-February 27, 2026
    1. February 27, 2026: Deadline to Inform MCEE of Qualifying Round Online Testing Date for Spring Session
- Qualifying Round Competition (Online Testing via online competition site):
  1. Fall: December 1 - 31, 2025
  2. Spring: March 1 - 30, 2026
Teachers work with students to prepare for the competition; learn more in FAQ.
The registration portal will generate unique access codes for students to take the tests. When you're ready, distribute these to your students.
Students visit the online competition site to take their test.
After students have taken their tests, teachers will be able to view individual results for their teams. *Must be downloaded before the competition closes on March 30, 2026.
MCEE will notify teachers of advancing teams in early April.
